These terms and conditions relate to goods which you offer to purchase from Willliam Lamb Group online wholesale store (“our/this website”). Please read these terms and conditions, which govern your use of this website and our supply to you of any goods which you offer to purchase through our on-line facilities. We will be unable to process any offer to purchase goods until you have done so. Payment can be made using any of the methods listed on this web site Payment Options and will be debited when we have accepted your offer to purchase. All prices are quoted in UK pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Our acceptance of your offer to purchase Goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via web or e-mail is not a guarantee of delivery. We will inform you if we are unable to deliver the Goods that you have offered to purchase and a full refund will be given. Every effort has been made to ensure the descriptions and price of goods are correct. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event of an error in pricing or description coming to our attention. Where we notify you of such an error, you will have the option of either (i) confirming your offer to purchase subject to the corrected description or price, or (ii) retracting your offer to purchase and receiving a full refund if the Goods have been paid for.

10. Law and Jurisdiction
The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts. You are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws of the country from which you access our website.
11. Delivery Details and Returns Policy
Delivery of all orders is subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
If goods are ordered before 12PM (Monday – Thursday) We will dispatch the goods on a next day delivery service (unless you notify us otherwise). If goods are ordered after 12PM we will dispatch the next day. Orders received on Friday before 12 PM will be dispatched for delivery Monday. Orders received Friday after 12 PM, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday. We cannot give any times for delivery.
We can currently only accept orders for delivery to UK postcodes. Delivery will be charged at £3.00 per carton.
Delivery into Northern Ireland and southern Ireland will take between 5 to 7 working days for delivery and prices are £5 per carton for Northern Ireland and £6 per carton for Southern Ireland.
We can either deliver your order to the billing address for the credit\debit card you use to pay for your order or you can specify an alternative delivery address in the ‘delivery address’ section of the checkout. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales. All deliveries will be made according to the carriers standard procedures; therefore, we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date or time. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by our carriers. Our deliveries are made by a national courier service.
If no one is available to receive the item, the delivery company will attempt to leave a ‘Sorry we missed you card' and return the item to the local depot. you can arrange for redelivery on an alternate day, or collect the package in person from the local depot. All goods are sold subject to availability, if any goods are not available at the point of dispatch you will be refund you in full for those goods within 28 days.
Delivery to the following European countries are Charged at the rate of £15.00 per carton, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Switzerland. The following European countries are charged at the rate of £20.00 per carton, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Slovenia and Sweden. (any European country not listed can be quoted on request). Please allow 7 days for delivery.
Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy
As a wholesale company supplying trade customers, we are not bound by the distance selling regulations. You may not cancel your order if we receive your notice after the goods have been dispatched. We may deliver the goods in instalments depending on what you are ordering. The only time a return will be accepted for goods that are not faulty is where we sent an alternative of what a customer ordered, due to the ordered item not being in stock. A refund for these items will processed within 72 hours of receiving the goods.
